Founder
The company was founded by Mr. M. Karuppasamy (Reffered as MK) Town Planning Officer (Rted) in 2006 under the name of KM Associates.
MK has been the cornerstone of the company since its establishment in 2004. He is vastly experienced in both the practical aspects of civil construction and in the management and strategic decision making of the organization.
MK is working as a Town Planning Officer (Tamilnadu Govt. Service), and also one of the executive member in the Tamilnadu Town Planning Association. After retirement, he started the company and continues construction work.
